Digital marketing today is all about many more kinds of audience interaction compared to website or email... It entails manipulating and managing these'5Ds of Digital' that I have defined in the introduction to the newest upgrade for my Digital Marketing: Strategy, Planning and Implementationbook. The 5Ds specify the opportunities for consumers to interact with brands and also for businesses to achieve and find out from their viewers in different ways:
